Through the story and side missions, Rook is the person directly responsible for New L.A.'s growing xenoform diversity. By the end Rook is famous, and finding the Lifehold Core is just ONE of their achievements. In the story, Nagi and Elma are just the first to observe that Rook is exceptionally skilled. Rook can master any and all weapons in the game by mastering the final classes.
